Two-Ram Balers are ideal for processing a wide variety of materials such as non-ferrous scrap, OCC, solid waste, newsprint, aluminum and steel cans, PET and much more.

A Full Penetration Ram for superior compaction ratios - standard on all models - on most material, density will increase by 10% or more over machines without it.

NexDoor™, NEXGEN’s multi-purpose horizontally mounted door extends and retracts to serve as a bale separation door, bale release, bale clamp, and also allows for variable bale dimensions by changing the size of the ejection opening.

Laser Positioning – the main ram, ejector ram and NexDoor™ are controlled by a laser positioning device. Bale tie positioning is determined by the laser and eliminates the need for a sprocketed counter wheel and much more.
